The HOA meeting agenda contained financial statements that were knowingly incorrect and inaccurate. The statements were recognized as inaccurate by the Mountain Side Condominium HOA Treasurer, Herb Allan, almost immediately when he began the financial portion of the HOA BOD meeting. When questioned, Mr. Ethan Gibson responded that yes, they were not correct.
Mr. Allan became visibly upset that inaccurate financial statements were knowingly provided as part of the HOA meeting agenda packet and advised the board that they cannot ever present inaccurate financial statements as accurate and part of an official board meeting.
A formal complaint has been filed with the Colorado Division of Real Estate along with copies of the inaccurate financial statements that were provided to owners, members and the board at the meeting.
