Subject: Junk Cars in parking lots – Building B
Dear Mr. Meek,
This broken down Jeep (see attached) has not moved from this spot in front of Building B for months. May I suggest that the owner be advised to move the vehicle immediately or that the manager be directed to arrange to have it towed? If this vehicle belongs to a unit owner, please confirm that they have been given a warning per the rules. Disturbingly but not surprisingly, it appears that this particular vehicle may actually belong to a former Mountain Side Condominium Association board president.
This was a problem in the D and E building lots in past years and now it seems to be moving to other buildings.
